Company History

grown into one of the top real estate companies in the greater Pittsburgh region.
1962
- Founded as Hammill-Quinlan Realtors with one sales office and first year sales
volume of 1.5 million.
1979
- Hammill-Quinlan Realtors was the second real estate firm to be purchased by
Merrill Lynch nationally.
1989
- Merrill Lynch Realty, Inc. sold nationally to The Prudential Insurance Co.
of America.
1991
- Purchased by Pittsburgh native Ron Croushore
2014
