Office Top Producer

The sales associate in each office who has attained the most units, with a
minimum of two, for the month in the following categories:
Residential New Construction Listings Taken
Listings Taken Listings Sold Listings Sold
Sales
Monthly Leader Awards
- Any sales associate who has achieved a minimum of $500,000 in
volume or 5 units in the above categories will be recognized as a Leader.
Company Top Producers

The sales associate who has attained the most units for the month in
the company in each of the above categories. In the event of a tie, the sales associate with the highest
volume will be honored.
Million Dollar Month Club
- A sales associate who has written one million dollars in business
(sales and listings sold) in one month will be recognized as a member of this prestigious club.
The Winners Circle Event
- Will be held quarterly to recognize
those associates who have achieved the awards criteria.
